Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customs processing times are beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium apparel, which includes our curated collections of Easy Pants, Long Sleeve Shirts, Short Sleeve Shirts, Tweed Suits, and Luxury Brands. Should an item not meet your expectations, our straightforward return process ensures your complete satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be new, unworn, and with all original tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original invoice must be included
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit a Request: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and item details (see template below)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
- Package Your Items: Return items in original packaging with all tags and include your invoice copy
- Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center at the provided address (we recommend trackable shipping)
Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item):
- Standard Return: DHL or FedEx for faster processing
- Economy Return: Local postal service with tracking (more economical)
Refund Process
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Exchange Process
Follow the standard return process and clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email. We’ll ship the new item after processing your return, adjusting for any price differences.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable.
