Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our luxury garments, ensuring a seamless experience for our discerning clientele.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original invoice must be included
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or final sale items marked as “non-returnable.” All other items from our collections including Easy Pants, Long Sleeve Shirts, Short Sleeve Shirts, Tweed Suits, and Luxury Brands are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We offer two return shipping options:
- Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx for faster processing (cost varies by location)
- Economy Return: Use your local postal service with tracking (slower but more economical)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email the item you wish to exchange for
- We will ship your new item once the return is received and processed
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping times may vary by location
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a prepaid return label if applicable
